My Favorite Football Player

Chad Johnson is my favorite football player. His number is 85 and they call him Ocho Cinco. I think he’s 31 years old.

Right now he doesn’t really want to play for the Bengals because they are no good. He wants to play for the Dallas Cowboys with T.O. instead.

Jett, I think you need to find better role models!

Whose blog is this? Taylor Swift’s, Dawson’s or what looks like a head of hair? I cannot see the face, who is that?

Jett, Chad Johnson is all about having fun. He loves the game and he goes out there and has fun. You never see his name on the police blotter for Pacman like activities. He also speaks his mind which can frustrate people (like his bosses) at times but he does produce on the field so he backs it up. I wish the NFL would lighten up and let the players express themselves in a decent manner after a great play or a TD. It is an emotional game so when a big play happens they should be allowed to express themselves.

    Hi Jett,

I love football, too, and I think that Chad Johnson is a really good player. He sometimes says and does things that get him in a little bit of trouble but he’s still a good player. Do you think he and T.O. could get along since they are so alike?

Mr. Luke, If Chad Johnson acted like Pacman, I’d change my favorite player to Asanti Samuels.

Mrs. Lori, I do think they could get along and would be fun to watch.

Asante Samuel? If you are going to like a defensive back it has to be a safety. My favorite defensive player ever was Ronnie Lott. Ask your Dad about him that dude could hit fools like it was nobody’s business. My favorite present day player is Chris Hope the Titans safety. I think you should check out the safety position, they can cover receivers and they hit like linebackers, they are a different player.

Mr. Luke, what about the other Titan’s safety, Michael Griffin?

  8. July 3, 2008 at 4:18 pm

He is solid and I think he will be great but I just like the way Chris Hope carries himself on and off the field. He is all business and you can see the change in the Titans with him on the team. I think Griffin will make great strides this year and with Hope and Griffin back there the Titans may have the best set of safeties in the league.

@jett and @giantidiot : We all know that a real role model would be Payton Manning. He is clean cut, great guy, plays for one of the best christian coaches on earth and knows his stuff. Jett, don’t let Mr. Luke sway you to some other player. Trust me on this one!

I was a Bengals fan the whole time I was growing up. It was not very much fun. I married a Browns fan. That is not very much fun either.
